At Daacad Electric & Accessories, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from www.daacadelectric.co.ke or our physical store may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
1. Eligibility for Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

- Used or opened accessories (earphones, cables, chargers, ink, toners)
- Consumables and clearance items
- Customized or special-order products
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days via phone or email
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Await return authorization and instructions
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
- Approved returns may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value.
- Any price difference must be settled before the exchange is completed.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Refunds
- Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., M-PESA, bank transfer).
- Delivery or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
- Products found to be defective may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
- Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
- Damage caused by misuse, power surges, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
8. Return Shipping & Delivery Costs
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items during transit.
9. In-Store Purchases
- Returns for in-store purchases follow the same policy and must be presented at the original point of purchase.
- Cash refunds may not be available; alternative refund methods may apply.
10. Legal Compliance
This policy is issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 (Kenya) and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
